04. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.
05. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Trading OS and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.
06. Limitation of Liability
Trading OS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. 07. Service Availability
We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time without notice for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
